I'm an LGBTQ Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) using a person-centered strength-based approach to help people get their lives back in balance. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and their families in a variety of settings including: residential treatment centers, private schools, public schools, community based supports, and on special education teams. I also work with individual adults using a trauma-informed lens to help manage chronic mood and stress challenges.
